CANCELLATION POLICY

At Glammedbyjanet, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a luxury salon, we take great care to provide an exceptional and personalized experience for every guest. To ensure we can continue offering the highest level of service, we kindly ask that you respect the following policies: 🔹 Appointment Cancellations We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment adjustments. This allows us to accommodate other guests on our waiting list and respect the time of our stylists. 🔹 Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% service charge. No-shows will incur a 100% service charge of the reserved appointment. 🔹 Late Arrivals Out of respect for all guests, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a modified service or rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate being delayed. 🔹 Reservation Deposits Certain appointments — such as color transformations, extensions, or multi-hour services — may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
